Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.

• A proven sales experience in shipping industry.

• Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English

• Proficiency in MS office applications 

• Systematic and efficient way of working

• Agile and team player

• Open for improvement 

• No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkey 

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Valid B class driver’s license 

Job Description

• Reporting Sales Manager in Istanbul office.

• Identifying new potentials on export and import.

• Managing and growing own portfolio of customers and opportunities. 

• Directly dealing with the customers face to face to develop, secure and maintain most profitable business.  

• Conducting account planning and derive an account strategy including an action plan to develop customers/ opportunities. 

• Preparing visit plans and reports regularly.
