QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager to be located in our Izmir office.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

·         Minimum 2 years of working as a strong lead to a team

·         Preferably proven experience in shipping industry

·         Advanced written and verbal communication in English

·         Proficiency in MS office applications

·         Strong ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally, with a proven track record of working and communicating across functions

·         Experience creating and implement effective strategies based on knowledge and insight about customers and business

·         High motivation for resolving problems and modifying the procedures to meet various requirements of customers while adopting a solution-creating mindset

·         Taking a process and case strategy that is centered on the needs of the customer, and guiding the team members accordingly to provide solutions for those needs

·         Driven by a passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others

 

Job Description

 

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all services that Hapag-Lloyd offers
  • Ensures that the information given to the customers is accurate.
  • Monitors workflow to assure that all required actions are done in a timely manner.
  • Acts as a liaison with Customs and governmental agencies.
  • Guides, coaches, and supports the team
  • Assists staff with troubleshooting and handles elevated customer problems.

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
