Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

1+ years’ experience in the logistics or shipping

Proficiency in MS office applications

Good team player

Good coordination and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks at the same time

Job Description

Forecasting transportation volume based on booking situation in case of market requirement

Coordinating moves in the most cost effective manner possible

Creating transport work orders to and from rail/port for import and export cargo

Monitoring execution of work order in line with request to ensure smooth operation

Monitoring trucker and equipment accessibility to determine the availability of one-way transports for cost saving opportunities

Clarifying invoice and work order discrepancies, and correcting them when needed

Performing various inland pricing duties (e.g. quoting rates and other functions)

Solving transportation issues related to reported transport exceptions (TREX)
