• University degree in Engineering, Commerce and Business Administration
  
• Minimum 2 yrs. experience in Marketing
• Bilingual for English and Turkish (must)
  
• Experience with Automotive sector
  
• Account management and project management experience
  
• Computer literate with spreadsheet, word processing, QAD/Purchasing systems and database systems
  
• Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking skills & ability to work in a team environment
  
• Intermadiate and above English level is required
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Roles

• Negotiation of projects , productivity and commercial recovery 
• Any issues related to customer’s request 
• Sales price verification and comparison 
• Periodical sales price change and control 
• Follow up on customer credit/debit memo 
• Sales effect analysis 
• Analysis and reporting of finance indicators and sales results 
• Actual & forecast production report 
• Gathering production and sales forecast data from customer 
• Project management of new projects 
• Responsible for proper information management of assigned projects 
• Responsible for exact implementation timing schedule covering each aspect of assigned project 
• First contact point for customer, active communication with customers, customer relationship building
• Managing EO (engineering change order) with material planning&logistics department, customers, and purchasing
• Preparation and data analysis for creation of price quotations 
• Managing of ordering and delivery process of pilot and proto products 
• Management of independent spare part sales

Others

• Implementation - HVPDS ( Hanon project development system)
• Internal auditors support 
• Support to other departments 
• Participates and leads in cross functional teams and other corporate functions and assist in other continuous improvement activities.
