Budget and Reporting Specialist

HAMBURGER RECYCLING

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / economics or relevant department,
• At least 2 years’ experience,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Having a good command of MS 365,
• Advanced level of MS Excel
• Having a CPA certificate or being CPA intern is a plus,
• Knowledge of ERP is a must, Netsis and SAP is a plus,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking, and strong perceptive skills,
• No travel restrictions,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

For our Hamburger Recycling in İzmir HQ, we are looking for teammates ‘Budget and Reporting Specialist.’ 

• Monitoring financial operations of the company/branches/depots in accordance with rules set by the Company / Group / Holding,
• Conducting month/ year-end closing in coordination with the Finance & Accounting department.
• Performing financial analyses of depot operations,
• Participating in month-end inventory counts, overseeing inventory transactions, and ensuring the correction of errors,
• Coordinating accurate data entry for monthly financial reporting, forecasting and annual budget processes,
• Providing financial data support to Sales, Purchasing, and Operations departments for new investments, tenders, and operational decisions,
• Controlling figures in Reporting System (Infor) and making necessary adjustments in SAP if needed.
