• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous leadership experience in a Sales department required
• Experience in Sales & Marketing minimum 4 years
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Good command of Turkish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable, strong analytical skills, excellent decision making skills

Job Description

• In charge of  Sales & Marketing office during the absence of the Director of Sales&Marketing
• Direct the account management and key account programs, identify and develop new accounts, direct follow up and processing of lead inquiries.
• Follows up the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly actions of Sales Team
• Develop, in conjunction of the Revenue Manager, pricing guidelines, monitor and propose adjustment according to competitive environment.
• Works to exploit the new market and suggests them for the Sales Plan.
• Works with Revenue Management to assist in the development and pull through of the hotel sales strategy for the group, transient, and catering.
