Job Description

·       Accurate booking and comprehensive documentation of customer & vendor invoices, and other accounting documents

·       Preparing and posting journal entries

·       Daily bank reconciliation, booking bank transactions

·       Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements to ensure accuracy

·       Preparing bank orders, getting signatures, sending orders to the bank

·       Clearing for General Ledger accounts

·       Timely delivery of VAT Returns files to the audit company and diligent follow-up on the outcomes

·       Support tax declaration

·       Following and conducting detective controls

·       Supporting Month end closing activities

·       Supports of year end closing activities in the area of General Ledger IFRS and local GAAP

·       Supports Auditor in conducting internal and external audits

·       Ensure good communication with global finance collegues

·       Providing support during tax audit processes

·       Supporting reporting period 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a similar field

·       Experience in a multinational company, with an Accounting, Finance, and Tax background

·       A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a subsidiary company with a foreign owner or as an expat in multinational corporations

·       Microsoft Office usage

·       Analytical thinking

·       High ethical behavior

·       Possess strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities

·       Sense of responsibility while being an open and honest team member

·       Basic proficiency in English is required
