GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

GUNEY Tourism and Tourist Investments INC headquartered in Kagithane - Istanbul, seeks a woman candidate with a minimum of 3 year experience in a similar position. Individual must be actively involved with our multifaceted organization.

Responsibilities include:

* Screening and handling of incoming calls and communications and appropriately routing for action

* Welcoming visitors

* Positive and professional disposition,

* Handling incoming and outgoing mail

* Composing and reviewing correspondence

* Preparing responses to standard inquiries

* Excellent command of both written and spoken English

* Performing necessary research and data gathering from various sources, formatting, analyzing and summarizing results.

* Arranging and coordinating meetings and logistics both on and off site

* Effectively managing multiple calendars

* Thorough and timely preparation of reports and requests

* Responding to questions and meeting requests directed to the Executive Director

* Effective communication and relationship building with both internal and external contacts

* Attendance at meetings

* Residence or able to residence in Istanbul European Side

*Has been abroad with a valid visa earlies, Uk visa is preferred

* Has no restriction to travel,

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience

* Ability to be flexible in an ever changing environment

* Exceptional organization and communication skills

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* Handle with discretion confidential and sensitive information

* Ability to interact with Board of Directors and various leadership levels

* Ability to multitask and problem solve, exercise sound judgement and make effective decisions with minimal direction

* Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to act in a project management capacity

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
