About the Role

·         Provide L2 operations support for software developed by AMVG

·         Review incoming complaints and problems

·         Perform troubleshooting and analysis of technical problems

·         Ensure that L3 problems are escalated to development team

·         Generate reports inline with the demands of customers

·         Work with the system administrator to ensure the uninterrupted operation of software

·         Update and maintain training materials and documentation such (e.g. FAQs, user guides)

·         Resolve and respond in accordance with existing SLAs

Qualifications and Skill Set

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Software Development or relevant fields

·         Strong knowledge of T-SQL

·         Client focused approach

·         Excellent problem-solving skills

·         Solution-oriented and organized

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills

·         High common sense and high proactiveness

·         Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical knowledge

·         To be able to follow the literature from the internet or documents

Following skills are highly preferred

·         Experienced with Microsoft .NET Framework, MS SQL Server, Windows OS, IIS configurations,

·         Experienced with SDLC and relevant processes (versioning, testing, installation etc.),

·         Experience in software development

·         Experience in web development
