Groupe Atlantic Site of İzmir is looking for a new Process Engineer (Metal)!

Today  the  Group  is looking for new team member for its Site of İzmir (Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir)  specialized in towel dryers production who will join a young multi-cultural team and willing to work in an international environment!

Qualifications:

-Graduated from Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering

-5 years’ experience in metal field, especially : cutting, cold forming, stamping, drilling, welding. Technical drawing / tool design know-how is a plus

-Good command in English is a must (Only English applications are accepted)

-Knowledge of PFMEA, problem solving methodologies

Job Description:

Reporting to French Process Manager, the position will be in charge of metal preperation processes includes:

-Developing and bringing expertise to all the Metal preparation operations

-Working coordinately as a technical referent with Quality, Maintenance, Production, Purchasing, R&D and Industrialization departments

-Develop the process to increase OEE and reduce costs, investigate new technical solutions

-Implement and monitor line KPI's : breakdowns, defect and scrap rates, Process SPC

-Continuous improvement : problem solving in case of quality complaint, defects or breakdowns

-Training : define the operating standards and provide training to production teams

-New raw material and supplier approval
