QUALIFICATIONS

Dear Candidate, 

If you ,

• Preferably graduated from Statistic, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Engineering departments, 
• Have interest and experience in analytical subjects such as Data Mining, Segmentation, Customer Experiences, 
• Preferably actively took a role in projects designed with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence previously, 
• Have been involved in big data processing projects using R or Python programs, 
• Have the competency for analytical thinking and work result oriented, 
• Have experience in preparing reports and presentation,
• Have good command of English, 
• Love team work and have confidence in your communication skills, 
• Renew yourself by learning constantly, 
• Are inquisitive and do follow up, 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

If you are ready to; 

• Do the database analyses (load factor, policy ownership, product performance, customer profiles etc.),
• Enable the development of projects aimed at creating customer experience process and take remedial actions, Conduct market research, customer & sales channel satisfaction and promoter surveys, 
• Create projects such as segmentation, cross sales, customer churn analysis with advanced statistics methods,
• Conduct prediction, sampling and statistics from big data analyses, and studies integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence,
