Roles and Responsibilities

·       Involve all Sourcing activities in the tendering and operation and implement sourcing process and procedures with value addition.

·       Execute RFQ for both tender and operation phases. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders from offer receipt to validation.

·       Define supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers.

Cost to meet budgets and operation plan.

·       Developing in-depth knowledge of business disciplines. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Policy and Strategy

·       Manage and maintain strategic and close relations with suppliers’   or subcontractors’ decision makers and key stakeholders.

·       Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

·       Work towards achieving or exceeding the yearly KPIs and objectives with periodic update to the line manager and dotted line reporting.
