QUALIFICATIONS

Min 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an Industrial Organization preferably in Plastic, Food or Plastic Packaging,

Min 10 years of professional experience, ideally strong strategic purchasing, contracting, planning & logistics up to production engineering,

Preferably Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management,

Good industry knowledge in plastic packaging is an advantage,

Fully computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel & ERP),

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

Having driving license and no travel limitations,

For male candidates, military service should be completed,

 JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading the entire supply chain organization including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, production planning including capacity allocations and sourcing

Optimization of all processes and flows of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products and information along the value added and supply chain from raw material delivery to delivery to the end customer

Monitoring all resources, semi-finished and finished products by taking the responsibility of slow moving and obsolete stock

Resource optimization for all areas involved in the supply chain minimum capital commitment, timely deliveries, optimal price / performance ratio, increase in efficiency

Overall responsibility for a consistent and consistent mapping of the production and material flow and the 'order processing process', from the customer order through the production order to the supplier order

Leading and promoting a multidisciplinary team in line with corporate goals

Development of a suitable supply chain strategy according to the product and market requirements

Defines the procedure and measures in case of delivery bottlenecks, price increases, loss of quality, change of supplier

Ensure optimal use of resources through predictive planning

Responsible for budget, costs, investments and metrics,

Responsible for the continuous development of the SCM organization and SCM processes

Further development of the area according to Lean Management

Collaboration and responsibility in executive management
