Process Development Engineer

Process Development Engineer position will be our core local team member of the Operational Excellence Department in Greif Flexible Products & Services Turkey manufacturing hub. 

• BS degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Master’s Degree preferred. 
• Minimum 3 years experience in lean manufacturing management is a must.
• Experience of driving operational improvement programs through a volume manufacturing facility. 
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools processes and principles. 
• Knowledge of global production practices specific to industry. 
• Strong organization and planning skills. 
• Highly capable on communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
• No restrictions to travel abroad. 
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• As an operational excellence core team member, responsibility for driving the operational excellence within Greif Flexible Products & Services Turkey. 
• Define, develop and deploy best practices across Greif Turkey and other sites. 
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews on Value Capture, Capability Building and Performance Management. 
• Working with the plant managers and the opex core team in meeting milestones and building organizational capabilities (Greif tools & techniques) to ensure sustainability of the Greif Production System.
