Godiva Turkey is looking for a driven sales professional to develop and profitably grow our B2B Corporate Sales channel. The Corporate Sales Manager will identify corporate, wholesale and horeca key accounts along with other top prospects, ultimately closing the deal to secure business opportunities. Essential Job Responsibilities
• Develop a strategic sales approach coupled with tactical implementation to sell our range of products to corporate and enterprise accounts, including institutional accounts.
• Identify new sales channels and prospects while building the business case to pursue these out-of-the-box channels or sales prospects
• Execute on closing business opportunities
• Translate sales data and market research into viable business strategies linked to B2B channel growth
• Establish and build corporate partnerships
• Develop the business by recruiting new customers and utilizing the existing customers at corporate, wholesale and Horeca sub-channels.
• Work cross-functionally to establish support of sales cycle
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline data
• Manage pricing, promotion, content and marketing for the Corp Sales B2B portal
• Develop a continuous improvement process/cycle for the end-user/consumer experience
• Follow internal controls and company policies.
• Work closely with related departments i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail Sales.
• Contribute to the success of Godiva by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned.
• Horeca Channel management
• Understanding the needs and requirements of the customers, Product & Business Development for establishing new sales channels or growing existing channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience in account management, Corporate Sales or other related sales experience. Prior B2B corporate sales and account management experience is required.
• To be able to act in compliance with Godiva Values & Behaviours; Act As One Team, Be Agile, Customer First and Drive results.
• Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience in CPG.
• Ability to identify and build relationships with key decision makers across an organization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing account plans and sales strategies.
• Strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated.
• P&L responsibility with adequate financial literacy.
• Polished communication skills
• Travel required up to 20%
• Strong customer references
