Ensure smooth running of F&B operations and maintain standards within budget and F&B dining venues:

To supervise the function of all F&B employees, facilities and financial performance to ensure maximum departmental pnl cost efficiency and productivity is achieved.

To coordinate and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.  

Promote the Outlets in the local community with the right marketing tools

Drive the ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)

Manage good image of the Outlets and suggest the ways to improve

Create detailed revenue and expenses reports on weekly, monthly and annual basis

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

Follow the new trends on food & beverage industry

Create new beverage menus along with the new trends

Maintains a high and visible profile on the day to day operations by being on the floor during peak service hours and checking every outlet throughout the day.

Ensure keeping the Outlets in good condition at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Young and dynamic F&B leader

Proven work experience as a  Food & Beverage Manager or similar role

Extensive food and beverage knowledge

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Acute financial management skills
