Position: Budget and Financial Planning Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Budget and Financial Planning Manager will provide leadership in budget development, financial planning, reporting, analysis, compliance and strategy-setting related to revenue creation.

This position oversees all related fiscal processes in a company. The individual who assumes this position will work to expand business models that affect budgets, and company disbursements. This position may also be responsible for reviewing and approving all department budgets. The general responsibilities of a B&FPM may include analysis, risk evaluation, managing these risks, forecasting economic trends, enforcing pecuniary policies and guidelines throughout the company, and managing any other related projects. 

Provides upper management with analysis and advice regarding how to most effectively utilize the company’s financial resources to increase profitability and grow the company at an optimal rate, while avoiding putting the company at serious financial risk.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Budget & Financial Analysis (70%)

·         Cash Flow Planning and Corporate Treasury 30%

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of work-related experience involving in-depth budget leadership experience and operational processes
• Experience with cash forecasting and management of multi country operation strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience is an asset.
• Commitment to Grand Medical Group AG mission and goals.
• The position requires strong technological, organizational, analytic, and writing abilities as well as an ability to effectively lead and communicate with others throughout the Grand Medical Group AG to maintain fiscal control at all times.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks requiring follow-up within tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and high adaptability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and databases. Knowledge of data visualization software is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP accounting system.
