EXPERT FOR ON ROAD SERVICES IN EUROPE AND BEYOND

If Europe's transport industry is to be brought on the roads even more efficiently in future with digital solutions, it needs the best IT experts. Become part of our development team and support Trafineo in exciting IT projects and various tasks at the interface between well-known fuel and service card providers such as BP and Aral as well as Circle K.

As a subsidiary of BP Europa SE and Circle K, we are specialized in the cashless processing of toll and vehicle-related services in Europe. Since our foundation in 2009, we have been continuously expanding our range of On-Road- and Value-Added services. Our customers benefit from a broad acceptance throughout Europe, a large network of international toll services, intermodal services (RoMo) and a wide range of parking and car wash services.

                                                           IT-Administrator

Your perspective

• You are responsible for the installation, administration, and support of our office IT
• You will be involved in the selection, procurement and operation of hardware and software in the client/server environment
• You guarantee high availability of the systems
• You analyze, classify and repair occurring faults and error conditions in the hardware and software area
• You are responsible for identifying new security risks and implementing necessary countermeasures
• You support the optimization and further development of the internal system landscape
• You are in charge of the in-house phone system
• You cooperate with the IT support team
• You act as an interface between external service providers and the Trafineo IT department
• You are responsible for technical documentation

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years professional experience in a similar position
• You are confident with the administration of Windows servers and client systems
• Ideally, you have advanced knowledge and practical experience in the Linux environment
• You have very good knowledge of network infrastructures
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence is an advantage
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team are a natural part of your personality
• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship/study in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification
• You have very good written and spoken English and / or German skills
• The task requires regular trips to the headquarters in Germany
