UX Designer

Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in a mere 9 years to a global financial services company, with offices currently across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 1,500 people.

This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor degree from related departments (Design, Computer Science, Engineering),
• At least 4 years of experience in UI / UX design (User interface and user experience design),
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design techniques, basic design principles and interaction design concepts,
• Up-to-date knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, XD,  Zeplin
• Working on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets, desktop computers and embedded systems,
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partners across the organization,
• Good time-management skills,
• Aesthetic, creative, innovative and multi-faceted thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Assist developers, project and product managers to research, create personas, user journeys, storyboards and information architecture,
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers,
• Responsible for delivering all aspects of UX which ranges from research, detailed design concepts and gathering user feedback for further iterations,
• Ensuring that an end-product design meets the core business objectives required by the company, while providing users with the optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and engagement,
• Tackle issues with high standards and a fresh perspective, always keeping the user experience in mind,
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps,
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders,
• Analyze customer responses and all digital data to determine pain points of users and improve them.
