In Human Resources department of our company have the following features, we are looking for  a Human Resources Manager.


 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources Manager,
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in  English,
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills,
  • Flexible communication style to interact with employees at all levels in order to resolve complex issues,
  • Self-motivated and initiative taker,
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement,
  • Strategic and analytical thinker,
  • Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul,


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To perform career planning and backup processes,
  • To manage compensation and benefits processes,
  • To conduct training needs analysis, to create annual training plans,
  • To manage and to set up the performance evaluation processes,
  • To Establish business culture, policies and procedures and revise them according to business needs,
  • To realize internal communication processes and implement projects that support employee motivation,
  • To ensure the conduct of work related to occupational health and safety, to manage and control the payroll and employee processes, to follow E-declaration,  Ministry of Labor and necessary legal regulations,
  • To manage internal disciplinary processes.
