In order to support GLAMIRA’s creative approach to jewelry, we manage our operations in 67 countries and in 18 different languages with local marketing strategies. In other words, we work as a global agency, our operations are always carefully executed for each country and culture.

We are looking for a Google Ads Account Supervisor to work with us in our Maslak Office.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

• 6-8 years of experience in digital performance marketing, especially in Google Ads account management.

• Able to perform multi-account management for different countries and languages

• Have deep knowledge about Remarketing, Display Advertising, and Shopping Ads

• Capable of writing ad texts, creating ad content, able to design campaigns.

• Preferably Google Ads and other Google Products & Services Certifications

• Have a thorough understanding of Google Analytics and can perform analysis, optimization, reporting and installation processes from start to finish.

• Demonstrated success in E-commerce Google Ads account management

• Deep knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization processes

• Experienced in large-scale Google Ads account management

• Have good knowledge about SEO and able to perform strategic keyword volume analysis

• Have experience in strategic Google Ads team management.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Responsible for the management and optimization of Google Ads accounts for ALL countries.

• Management and reporting of advertising budgets.

• Managing Google Ads team strategically while being able to perform daily optimization operations when necessary.

• Regular control, optimization, and reporting of performance indicators.

• Monitoring campaign performances and bids guiding Google Ads team accordingly.

• Management of GDN placements strategically

• Creating and managing campaigns and ad groups in line with company’s seasonal targets

• Attending weekly regular Hangouts meetings with Google Team to fix any technical problems of our Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center accounts, to update our strategy, to take place in Alfa or Beta Google Ads tests, etc.
