QUALIFICATIONS 

In support department of our company have the following the features , we are looking for Customer Support Representative in English. 

• University degree in Relevant Faculties,
• Fluency in both written and spoken English,
• Work in night shift
• Knowledge of  MS Office Programs, 
• Customer  oriented and  team member,
• Self-motivated, energetic  and high communication,
• We are looking teammates for our company is located in İstanbul (Yenibosna).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide accurate information to meet customer needs,
• To forward customers requests, opinions and complaints to relevant departments,
• To develop solutions for customers problems,
• To follow procedures, guidelines and policies to resolve customer complaints,
• To assist customers to improve their shopping experience,
• To proofread in English language,
• To create texts for the company's website ,
• To check and ensure the accuracy of the content of GLAMIRA’s online shops,
• To conduct research and analysis on the sector-related subjects when required,
• To provide feedback to improve the quality of service ,
• To provide reports,
• To take part in various projects as assigned.
