GLAMIRA is a jewelry brand that offers customizable jewelry for women, men, and kids. Here at GLAMIRA, we believe that each piece of jewelry must be unique, just like its wearer. Gemstones and diamonds find their true value if they are used on a unique design that is perfected to match its wearers' taste. This is why we are so dedicated to design tailor-made jewelry and have been doing so for nearly 20 years all around the world. 


As GLAMIRA Digital Operations Team, our job is to promote this mindset in the digital world. In order to support GLAMIRA’s creative approach to jewelry, we manage our operations in 67 countries and in 18 different languages with local marketing strategies. In other words, we work as a global agency, our operations are always carefully executed for each country and culture.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION

 
  • Able to design a business process in a digital environment from start to finish

  • Following e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media trends closely

  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially on Google Adwords and Facebook Ads

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Excellent research & development skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing all advertising processes on all digital platforms (written, visual, video content, search, etc.)

  • Managing Google Ads and Social Media teams.

  • Being responsible for Google Ads strategies and optimization processes.

  • Being responsible for social media content strategies, celebrity usage and influencer marketing campaigns for the USA, Europe and all over the world. Managing local social media strategies for different countries.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve e-commerce performance

  • Analyzing the traffic and orders in the sales channel and planning sales increasing activities

  • Preparing profit-loss analysis and revenue-expenditure budget for Digital Media unit in line with company targets on an annual basis

  • Identifying performance indicators that are recognized both in digital marketing and are specific to the corporation

  • Identifying changes that can be made by monitoring and evaluating user behavior

  • Preparing and presenting the activity reports related to e-commerce sales and processes to senior management

  • Ensuring the efficiency of digital communications

  • Maximizing ROI and profitability via digital marketing strategies
