GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Country Sales Director 

Are you ready to join one of the biggest Fintech companies of Turkey!  We are a leading international company operating in 8 countries.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and overseeing sales operations in Turkey. He/She will be the key leader in the sales team, focused on revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. And there will be at least three Sales Managers who will directly report to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement an effective sales strategy to maximize revenue and achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level customers,
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through strategic partnerships and collaborations,
  • Monitor sales pipelines & performance and produce regular reports & updates to executive leadership,
  • Continuously improve sales processes and practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness,
  • Drive key behavior compliance and optimization of digital CRM tools,
  • Monitor competition and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance for executive leadership.
  • Present proposals and updates to existing and potential clients
  • Gather and share customer feedback for potential improvements that can be added to the product roadmap,
  • Create and implement sales programs for new prospective clients to increase awareness of our offerings and key differentiators from our competition,
  • Provide oversight of accurate quarterly revenue forecasts and budget related to new business at each customer and take strategic action.
  • Generate forecasts for sales, gross margins,
  • Alignment with Products Teams regarding go to market strategy and best market coverage on strategic projects with close cooperation with Products.
  • Seek new leads/opportunities from customers, and achieve the yearly/quarterly sales target,
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit,
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives,
  • Lead sales teams against defined targets and objectives,
  • Establish and communicate clear measurable objectives in terms of KPIs & set up right incentive schemes,
  • Responsible from overall growth, P&L and company’s KPIs within B2B and B2C Accounts
  • Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department,
  • Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of our products and solutions.
  • Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis,
  • Ensures compliance for self and team members of Company policies and procedures, as well as those of governmental entities.
  • Managing the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved is a plus,


Required Skills:

  • Graduated from the 4-year discipline, master’s degree is preferred,
  • 15+ years of total experience
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership position of leading sales organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement winning sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customer decision makers at multiple levels,
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders,
  • Superior degree of effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Motivation and aptitude to continue learning as new technology is introduced,
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities,
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Being mobile within country for business trips to develop business,
  • Familiar with Financial Technologies, Finance or Banking is a plus,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus,
