GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Universities in Business, Economics and Economy etc. departments.
• Advanced command of Turkish Commercial Code and high degree of Capital Market Legislation,
• Has SPF Level 3 and  Corporate Management License,
• At least 4 years of experience in investor relations,
• Can use MS Office applications well,
• Good command of English,
• Capable of making decisions,
• Has the ability to represent,
• Knowing business processes, contributing to process development,
• Having numerical analysis competence,
• Following financial markets closely,
• Experienced in budgeting, analysis, financial reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To carry out the necessary studies and provide information to ensure the compliance of the company with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Legislation,
• Responding to written and verbal information requests from investors and analysts,
• Representing the company in the field of domestic and foreign investors.
• Informing investors on developments about the company and the industry,
• To provide internal coordination on issues related to shareholders,
• Carrying out relations with regulatory institutions such as the CMB and BIST,
• Preparing reports and announcements related to financial statements; analyze for questions that may come from investors and analysts,
• Preparing and publishing notifications regarding PDP disclosures,
• To prepare the Investor Relations section on the Company website, the KAP Company General Information Form, the e-Manage and e-Company pages of the Company and to check their currentness.
