QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of the export markets with the territory management of international FMCG distributors,
  
• 5-7 years of experience in the international sales of FMCG products such as biscuits, chocolates, beverages and food,
  
• Self motivated, commercially  oriented,
  
• International Export backround for the West African and Middle East customers,
  
• Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, knowledge also of other languages (French, Spanish, Russian),
  
• Experienced for start up projects for both ‘private label customers and branded products of the company in food, beverages, hygene products etc,
  
• Relevant experience on supply chain management for international customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

International  Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• To be responsable for establishing new export markets for his regions,
  
• In charge od international sales, export activities within the assigined territories,
  
• Pursuing the sales target and improving the business development activities within his geographical market area, in accordance with the indications received from BU Director,
  
• Positioning company FMCG products in both traditional and modern channeles in their market area and encourage the development of new business opportunities,
  
• Providing to the BU Dept. relevant information related to their market area, regarding possible projects, market conditions, competitors, legal, tax and financial standards to enable to take decision on initiatives to attend,
  
• Retreiving business opportunities through market analysis, networking and relationship building, in accordance with the BU Dept. market strategies and goals,
  
• Managing b2b sales and supply chain management in accordance with export customer needs,
  
• Preparing Export  Value-Chain Information, Trade Marketing Activity Plans  Pricing and other neccesery business models for Export countries.
