Bachelor degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, management or engineering-related discipline,

• Having an MBA, a Master’s degree or a CFA charter is a plus,
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience is a must, M&A experience is a plus, transaction services or valuation practice is preferred,
• Having an excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills,
• Having ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure and constantly changing environment,
• Having a good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

Looking for a Manager Financial Projects who will work for Enterprise Risk Management  Directorate.

• Conducting country, industry and company analysis,
• Preparing detailed financial models for M&A transactions and feasibility projects
• Responsible for the entire M&A processes including valuation, investment committe approvals, offers, due diligence processes, contracts negotations and so on
• Responsible for the integration process after M&A
• Responsbile for divestitures processes
• Responsible for any type of financial modeling in the company
• Valuating for the Grienfield Investments
• Responsible for the financial part of the restructuring processes
• Conducting company and asset valuations,
• Coordinatinating of M&A projects and due diligence processes,
• Managing projects of new company formation processes
• Presenting and reporting for the top management,
• Researching various subjects such as markets, products, technologies, regulations.
