GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

An excellent opportunity for candidates who have the qualifications below:
  • University degree or above in related fields (Business Administration, Economy, Finance or Engineering etc.)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably with Tourism background
  • Experience in the hotel management of finance functions that include finance, contract management, project finance, cash management, budgeting and analysis and cost controlling
  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards
  • Hands on experience in cash management and bank relations, credit management, 
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, process improvement and problem solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate them into meaningful and predictive forecasts
  • Ethics and Integrity; demonstrating a strict adherence to moral and ethical codes of the company and regulatory bodies
  • Energetic, self-starter personality with hands on approach with ability and desire to grow into a wider role
  • No restrictions to travel
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

Reporting directly to Hotel General Manager, will be mainly responsible for;
  • Ensuring that accurate and timely analysis and understanding, forecasting, reporting and communication of the financials are adhered to on  a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis,
  • Leading the company’s accounting, finance, budgeting and reporting processes
  • Responsible for company’s cash, portfolio, cost and income management
  • Leading the relations with the banks and other financial institutions
  • Responsible for standard conditions and local implementation of necessary legal procedures, ensuring allwork is done in conjunction with the hotel’s processes and policies
  • Responsible for feasibility analysis and valuation for potential business opportunities
  • Working closely with other functions to ensure that the organization’s targets and goals are met on time and within budget
