Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician  in Bursa location for our company in the rubber sector which we are consulting

Requirements:

·       Technician with relevant experience in testing and/or production environments

·       Willingness to learn about elastomers properties, to characterize new materials and to support compound development trials

·       Strong attention to details and technical problem solving skills

·       Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)

·       Positive, convincing and reliable personality

·       Self-driven, very well organized in reporting

·       Service- and customer- oriented

Job Description

·       Prototype compounds production (operation of equipment for weighting and mixing of ingredients)

·       Record and report the production parameters

·       Support and perform the testing activities for compound development. For example:

·       Compound test samples production

·       Perform characterization tests (temperature tests, rheometer, hardness, mooney viscosity, density, tensile, tear, etc.)

·       Report test results in a well organized manner

·       Properly label, package and track the test samples to be shipped to A+P Group for further testing

·       Support calibration processes and maintenance of test equipment

·       Report to the different stakeholders in the A+P Group in English

·        Flexible working hours
