QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a similar discipline (Engineering is preferable),
  • At least 5 years of experience in complex sales techniques, preferably in related sector (plastic pipes or construction materials),
  • Competitive in Russian & English,
  • In previous job experiences; to have achieved similar sales and marketing successes such as reaching target sales turnover abroad, creating a customer portfolio and entering new market (Central Asia),
  • Good level of MS Office programs,
  • Having organizational and coordination skills with proactive approach, result and solution oriented,
  • Very good drafting, coordination, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills,
  • Able to learn and take responsibility proactively,
  • Has no restriction to travel,
  • Active driver,
  • Preferably resident in European side of İstanbul (Office is at İstanbul/Kağıthane),
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team player as Export Sales Executive to strengthen our growing sales team in order to expand our current customer portfolio and to achieve sales targets, increase profitability and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Understanding and identifying the needs of the potential or existing customers and be able to respond effectively
  • Understanding our industry and our products to be sold,
  • To carry out market research for the enrichment of foreign customer portfolio,
  • To reach new customers abroad,
  • To enter new markets/countries toward the sales target,
  • To develop marketing activities abroad,
  • To turn marketing activities into sales,
  • To be in strong communication with existing customers,
  • Participating & representing in customer visits, international travels and fairs,
  • Periodically reporting to the department manager.
