Quality Control Manager

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager that will be responsible from the following processes:

Main Responsibilities

Manage and organize all studies including stability and validation studies for analysis of  raw materials and finished drug product.

Perform personnel management, work organization, budget follow-up in all quality control departments and report to top management in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure all laboratory equipment are sufficient and ready to use and all the studies that can affect the product quality like calibration and maintenance of these equipments are performed on time.

To ensure that GMP requirements are completely and effectively implemented.  

Ensure that requirements defined at Health Ministry pharmaceutics and Medical Ready-Made Drug Factories Regulations are applied completely and effectively, independently from Marketing, Production and Purchasing.

Ensure all SOPs and procedures relevant to the quality control group are in effect and implemented.

Provide orderly and effective work environment and build team spirit and improve motivation in the laboratories by ensuring that the Team Leaders and other direct reports are providing support to the analysts.

Manage and guide the Team Leaders and the staff reporting to him/her to ensure they are performing their duties properly. Ensure the results are obtained accurately the first time and the analysis are completed in an accurate and timely manner for the final release.

Ensure all process and cleaning validation samples in the master plan are analyzed and reported. Approve process and cleaning validation plan and protocols.

Give support to complete the projects on time and accurately.

Ensure the laboratory operations are performed according to the HSE rules.

Ensure the conformity of the quality of the product and compliance to GMP requirements by receiving samples in the laboratory appropriately and analyzing them.

Ensure all OOS, OOE and OOT results are reported and investigated.

Review laboratory activities, troubleshoot the problems related to quality control department

Ensure analytical methods are validated

Contribute to provide total quality culture with high performance approach.
