GENMAR Sales Team is  looking for a  young, dynamic and proactive Sales Support Responsible. 

Knowledge:

• Bachelor' s degree in  Engineering Degrees
  
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, hands on experience with LOGO (Tiger & CRM) is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge in pre-accountancy

Experience;

• New Graduates are also encouraged ( B2B Sales Support experience is a remarkable asset)

 Responsibilities;

• Managing all sales support  activities of existing customers
  
• Prepare of proposals and proformas which determined by sales team and send to the customers
  
• Order processing via ERP
• Perform pre-accountancy
• Regular checks on critical stock items via ERP and place orders for import parts and products to be procured from the Product Company
• Quoting and following up for daily sales of parts to relatively small scale customers
• Performing other project tasks as need
  
• Take full responsibility of all shipping processes
• Following up local purchasing processes witihin the scope of projects
• Supporting events as needed
