GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Plan, organize and supervise the project activities of the unit within the project organization. To achieve successful management of the project for the issues managed by PM act as Deputy PM during PM absence or when he/she is assigned. To facilitate reporting of the Project Management and keeping of records.

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Bachelors' degree in Electrical, Civil, Industry or similar Engineering
- Minimum 3+ year experience in energy sector
- HV substation Projects Knowledge
- Turnkey Projects Knowledge
- SC and Site Team management Skills
- Negotiation and Contract Management Skill
- Fluency in English

Essential Responsibilities:

- To assist to plan, supervise and control the project activities
- To assist to implement, supervise & follow-up the quality control programs in order to secure customer satisfaction
- To assist to maintain and improve equipment and processes in order to maximize and permanently increase project implementation and quality
- Gathering of data from sites, sourcing as like to prepare the reports; preparation, submission and approval procedures of goods and services to keep office files and records.
- To assist to create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, subcontractors, sub suppliers and consultants
- To implement the project reporting in order to drive the continuous improvement of the processes anticipate risks before the fire starts and take necessary mitigations into life
- To assist to define, manage, supervise and control the logistic policy in order to respect deadline and reduce costs.
- To monitor, collect or source out all the data needed to implement the reporting.
- To follow material and service supplies
- To follow, assist and improve EHS compliance of site,


Essential Specific Responsibilities:
-Use Unifier, tableau, ACT and all other GE tools and prepare Project Review (PR) presentations, fill ad update Risk and opportunities and Budget Deviations
- Use Purchase Request Tool for required procurements of the project
