QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor in logistics or industrial multi modal transport
• Minimum 3 years experiences
• languages: English mandatory, French-German-Spanish can be a +
• ERP & TMS tools expertise
• Customs & International trades expertise

Monitor on a daily bases Packing & Transport operations. This includes:
• Support Project Fulfillment Leader (PFL) for MTA Transportation requests to LCOE.
• Coordinate LCOE operations to ensure transportation operations are com-pleted on time and in compliance with GE standards.
• Monitor LCOE workload to ensure best in class Transportation service.
• Launch preparation orders to packers & follow-up realization. Provide the whole documentation to the warehouse partners.
• Be Point Of Contact (POC) for transportation related topics with Project Management.
• Be POC for transportation related topics for Sourcing Typology Organization
• Assess critical shipments or projects and take direct responsibility of transpor-tation operations when needed.
• Focus on Delivery OTD, claim target, and cost control vs budget.
• Elaborate and follow up governance process with LCOE.
• Update any project Tracking Tools & ERP for Packing and transport activities.
• Using his / her expertise to advise the different internal departments on pack-ing and transport (OOG/FTL/LTL/LCL/FCL).
• Support Site during site execution (site cases inspection discrepancies, mate-rial list links with packing list),
• LCOE workload ramp up and performance
• Project support efficiency
• OTD (from packing to delivery)
• Project transportation budget control
• Claim target achievement
