Master Scheduling is the management of time, data & information throughout our organization. Its purpose is to drive the Supply Chain in order to deliver the right product, in the right quantity and at the right time.

Essential Responsibilities:

-Ensure transfer Data from PLM (Enovia) to ERP, enhancing items with pertinent data provided by engineering (lead time, GECC…) and creation of associated purchase request when necessary

-Ensure that all the data are clean in ERP (PMX)

-Provide the complete purchasing package to sourcing team

-Launch RFQ for BTF catalog parts directly with GENPAC

-Ensure follow-up of ongoing RFQ to make sure all parts are purchased to avoid any missing

-Participate in recurring meeting of their commodity (BTF, BTS, BTP or Raw material)

-Participate in weekly meeting with management of each project

-Interact with planning to regularly update key dates and supply any information planning needs to be updated with PFL

-Give a GO for organization of shipment lot / batch to PFL after reception to logistic platform

-Manage the re-supply of “missing” items based on the inputs given by the Project Manager

-Update project monitoring file with all info as well as other relevant files for the project

Qualifications/Requirements:

-Graduate diploma in Industrial Logistics (ISLI…)

-Minimum 2 to 3 years of industrial experiences

-Foreign languages: English mandatory
