Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering).
-High “coding-programming” knowledge is preferred.
-Min. 3 years of experience in similar position in related field.
-Experience in Projects and Initiatives would be an asset.

Role Summary/Purpose:
Job holder will be responsible for methods, processes, tools, efficiency, cost out and Lean
manufacturing projects and initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:
•Provide technical leadership for the production team.
•Define manufacturing standards, tools and equipment (IE, Process Flow chart, …)
•Provide manufacturing documentation to shop floor, including product routings, packaging
method
•Maintain equipment at standard (investment, upgrade, retrofit) to keep capability
•Define & Maintain the Standard time database, tracking the deviations, defining improvements,
tracking time spent on product;
•Define/ initiate new processes and methods to improve safety, reduce product cost and improve
product quality
•Drive product cost out yearly plan
•Contributes to manufacturability in NPI and tech. programs, participate on ToT projects, manage
qualification on key processes;
•Drive process capability assessment, process layout, tooling and equipment;
•Support the Lean Leader on driving the lean program for the unit;
