Role Summary/Purpose:

• Logistics Expert’s responsibility is to document financial & technical overall solutions for each project, from tendering to execution for Transport or Warehousing. 
• Own the Logistics Center Of Excellence (LCOE) performance tracking through KPIs Support Transportation Specialist in Transport operation excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support definition of the technical solutions (needs definition, scheme, solutions…), Validate Project’s Transportation & Logistics budget estimate for workload and storage, under the responsibility of ITO Sourcing organization. Propose R&O analysis & action plan for its scope of work.

At Execution stage: 

• Prepare Transport & Logistics (T&L) Directives document for each project, with the support of needed functions such as Project Director, (PD) Project Fulfillment Leader (LD) Project, customs expert, tax expert, including all logistics activities in his scope (packing, transport, warehouse, customs, load…). 
• Support Logistics Center Of Excellence (LCOE) and control performance through KPIs 
• Ensure hand-over to Logistics operations (directives, budgets, scheme, R&O…)
• Support Transport Specialist operations
• Support Global Sourcing for internal and external audits

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience 
• Minimum 5-8 years' of work experience in relevant field
• Language : English mandatory 
• ERP and WMS or TMS tools expertise
• Customs and/or International trades expertise
• Project Management 
• Managing multicultural interfaces 
• Transport and/or Warehousing 
• Customs 
• Warehousing/Packing/Handling/Lashing 
• Communication skills in English
