QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree University Degree – Industrial /Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Software / Computer Engineering, Computer Science
-High “coding-programming” knowledge and experience is a must
-min. 3 years of experience in similar position
-This position will be fixed term contracted for a year

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to
influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to
coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Role Summary/Purpose:
Responsible for analyzing the actual methods / processes / tools / man hours, in regard to the
current GE (Power Transformers Unit) tool - TOLERATION- and apply the all “completed & inprogress”
improvement projects within the tool. Also, to make analyses, reports and necessary
programming (coding) for upgrading.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Define manufacturing standards, tools and equipment (IE, Process Flow chart, … )
•Define & Maintain the Standard time database, tracking the deviations, defining improvements,
tracking time spent on product
•Drive product cost out yearly plan on man hours
•Support the Lean Leader on driving the lean program for the unit
• Evaluate, consolidate and co-operate with GE global tool – Smart cost – to integrate the
TOLERATION tool, so as to be able to obtain a more sophisticated, user-friendly and applicable to
all Power Transformer Units across globe
