Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from the related departments.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in recruitment, development, training, HR systems and policies.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cope with a multitask environment and operational excellence.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Living or able to live in Izmir Karşıyaka or Bergama.

Role Summary:

Our new team member will be responsible for getting, keeping and growing HR to ensure necessary talent in the LM Wind Power – Bergama Plant to meet demands and expectations from both external and internal key stakeholders. He/she will have strong consultation skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Resolve complex employee relations, issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
• Act as a key team player in employee engagement projects.
• Support employees and managers with their HR questions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and/or legal requirements to ensure a positive, non-discriminatory and safe work environment.
• Provide HR policy guidance.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
• Identify training needs for teams and employees, prepare required actions and ensure that all trainings are organized in timely manner.
• Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations.
• Administer employee orientation / onboarding programs.
• Evaluate training programs.
• Coordinate and support that annual priorities for all employees are covered by the performance development process.
• Search trends and analyze metrics with HR team.
• Suggest new HR strategies.
