-Bachelor’s degree with Business administration or similar
-2-3 years’ experience in a service organization or a training organization
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Clear thinker and Result Oriented
-Proactive approach and strong administrative skills
-Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond to various customer needs
-Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization
-Proven coordination and influencing skills in a global environment

İŞ TANIMI

As the Soft Skills Training Coordinator within the Global Competency Development & Training team, s/he will be responsible to address the soft skills training logistics of service members including: Field Engineers (FEs), Service Center Agents, Service Sales and Clinical Education Teams. S/he will work closely with the Global Training Program Mng, Global Senior Field Trainers, Field Trainers, Regional Training Leaders & Coordinators to bridge the training gaps in the team members’ performance.
 
Essential Responsibilities:
 
1. Assist in the execution of the training calendar, website, plans and programs as per the pre-set policies and procedures
2. Coordinate with the regional training coordinators all the training arrangements covering all the needed logistics for the trainees, training materials, premises, post training follow-ups & etc.
3. Conduct Training Need Analysis for the regions
4. Prepare evaluation questionnaires for every training course delivered and coordinate with the trainees to collect their replies/feedback on the delivered training
5. Record GE Learning credits for each trainee in the GE Learning platform and develop/maintain records and reports on all training programs received by the trainees
6. Support the design and contents preparation of the T&CD newsletters and all communications-related materials
7. Ensure proper utilization of optimal training means (material, on the job, internal, external) to meet business needs
8. Maintain a library of training material acquired to support internal training requirements
9. Develop and maintain a mechanism for maximizing training value through sharing material and expertise among other related entities and functions
