The company was bought by Yildirim Group following by government decision of privatization and became an entity of Yildirim Holding in 2004. After Yildirim group’s investment, Gemlik Gubre became one of the major fertilizer producers in Turkey. Our company holds a significant share of domestic fertilizer market by  possessing over 1000 vendors and nearly 3000 agriculture sales cooperatives.

Gemlik Gubre is aiming to fulfil the all fertilizer needs of their clients via production or importation. The company has 1.000.000 metric tonnes warehouse capacity in strategic locations of Turkey. Therefore nearly 600.000 metric tonnes fertilizer produced in our plant and up to 1.000.000 metric tonnes imported per year to reach its aims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical&Electronical Engineering/Control engineering,
• 380kV or higher voltage level HV Transformer Substation Operation experience is preferred,
• 10+ years direct work and continuous experience in Chemical Production Plant, Oil&Gas Industry or Power Plant, including all aspects of process development and execution,
• Experience at Maintenance and Operation activities (Start-up/Shut-down/ Transient/ Normal) on DCS, SCADA, PLC, Local Controller, Switches, LV and MV Switchgears, Control Panels, LV/MV Transformers, LV/MV Distribution Systems,
• HV Facilities Business Responsibility registration certificate is must,
• Experience at working individually, as a team member, team leader and responsible person, collaborative environment is essential,
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
• No restriction to travel abroad.
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Part of the interview will be in English.)
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

• Planning, executing and finalizing maintenance program according to strict deadlines and within budget,
  
• Improving activities in maintenance cost for plant.
  
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel,
  
• Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes if any improving and development process 
  
• Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations,
  
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising maintenance team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Developing best practices and tools for maintenance execution and management,
• Ensures that local HSE guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
• Dominating all related Turkish Regulations, Legislations, Laws and International Standards.
