Quality Control Assistant Manager

GEFEST is Korean automotive supplier part of YOUNGSAN GROUP located in Arslanbey OSB, an industrial complex in Izmit, Turkey, and manufactures automotive sheet metal components major.
 

• BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or other related engineering disciplines,
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality Department of Automotive Industry,
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality System and ISO 14001
• Good knowledge of MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
• Good knowledge of MS office programs,
• Excellent command of English. (Korean knowledge is a plus),
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn new subjects,
• Completed military service,
• Live/Willing to live in Kocaeli (Kocaeli Kartepe, İzmit, Köseköy, Körfez, Derince, Gölcük, Başiskele ve Sapanca )

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and manage quality control operator,
• Works with procurement and the plant to resolve incoming material issues,
• Implements containment and corrective actions,
• Calculates and report quality metrics,
• Assists in identifying process control issues and resolution,
• Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement,
• Follow-up of KPI's and improvement of the processes,
• Prepare daily,weekly and monthly reports.
