GEFEST TR is a Korean automotive parts supplier that is part of YOUNGSAN GROUP located in Arslanbey OSB, an industrial complex in Kocaeli-Turkey, and manufactures automotive sheet metal components.

1. By conducting market research, developing alternative products or suppliers for getting goods and services whose purchase request is approved, at the best price.
2. To create information about suppliers, such as the list of supplied goods, price list, payment status, and contacts.
3. Preparation of relevant documents in the purchasing process, filing and checking the conformity of the received documents.
4. Assisting the manager regarding the products under his / her responsibility and contributing to procurement projects.
5. Ensuring efficient stock management regarding products to be consumed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually 
6.  Performing other duties assigned by the manager regarding the field of duty. 
7. Placing purchase orders, tracking orders, checking invoices
8. To follow archiving and filing.
9. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Graduated from Engineering faculties (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical thinker, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result-oriented
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Excellent command of English
