We are looking for a MECHANICAL ENGINEER who is responsible to prepare/complete, to make prepared/completed of mechanical engineering works at Yeniköy Kemerköy Power Plant Rehabilitation Project of Garanti Koza Energy.

Responsibilities

Preparing and controlling Mechanical, Process and Piping Systems projects, drawings and documentations;

Preparing and/or have made ready technical requirements if needed;

Preparing and/or have made ready technical requirements if needed;

Reviewing and commenting on proposals from suppliers and subcontractors;

Controlling and following up manufacturing processes;

Managing and coordinating the erection subcontractors;

Controlling and following up the progress of activities as per the Project time schedule;

Controlling and following up erection, installation, and commissioning;

Reviewing technical requirements from clients, and comment if needed;

Communicating and negotiating with clients and suppliers/subcontractors, and coordinating when required;

Application of the QA/QC and HSE rules and regulations required for the activities he/she is responsible.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering;

5+ years of experience in the energy sector;

Fluent English both oral and written;

Competency at using Microsoft Office Programs and AutoCAD;•

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to take responsibility;

Following new trends, products and technological developments in this professional area;

Effective team player and result oriented;

Competency of using sources effectively and efficiently;

High level of communication and coordination skills;

Time and cost analysis knowledge and making decisions based on this analysis.
