What is the reinsurance team responsible for?

•        Communicating with reinsurance companies during the renewal process of reinsurance treaties, data preparation and analysis,
•        Identifying and analyzing reinsurance needs that may arise from new business, products, services, etc. and making reinsurance agreements,
•        Reviewing, updating and ensuring the implementation of internal regulations (policy, procedure and rule documents) prepared within the scope of reinsurance agreements,
•       Preparing and controlling data for reporting requests from reinsurance companies, senior management and official institutions,
•       To carry out monthly reinsurance closing activities in accordance with the given deadlines, to ensure coordination between internal departments and with reinsurance companies,
•        To prepare the reinsurance budget in accordance with the given deadline and consistently,
•        To ensure that the projects carried out within the Company are realized completely and accurately in terms of reinsurance agreements and legislation.

• Graduated from 4-year Actuarial, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering departments of universities,
• Fluent English in both written and spoken,
• To be proficient in MS Office programs, especially Ms Excel program
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field,
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Strong reporting and analysis skills.

And preferably;

• To be successful in English language proficiency exams (min. 75 points for TOEFL / min. 6 points for IELTS),
