Qualification;

- Fluent written and conversational German and Turkish knowledge

- University Degree

- Custormer - Service orientation

- Excellent communicator

- Presentable

- Having knowledge about Sales areas

- Advanced computer knowledge and knowledge of MS Office applications (Word,Excel, etc.)

- Planning and organizing skills

- Excellent teamwork and networking skills

Job Description;

- Translating official documents to the German language  

- Preparing presentation in the German language 

- Responding to German-speaking customers via phone and email

- To provide accurate information to meet customers need

- To forward customers requests, opinions, and complaints to relevant departments

- To provide reports
