QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Team Friends who will be working as “Sales Executive”. You will be responsible for managing and administrating the sales team, training the team, inspection of projects and sales report, managing all sales processes.

You will be functioning within the structure of “Nevita” a branch of our mother companyFuzul Group, which is operating in Real Estate Development, Valuation and Investment sector.

 

 

 

 

REQUİREMENTS

 

·         Bachelor degree from related departments,

·         Min. 3 years Sales management experience

·         Responsible for the management and organization of the sales team,

·         Knowledge of finance and mathematics to manage the sales process,

·         Good communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels within the Company -Able to solve problems and act quickly, work under pressure

·         Developing strategies for the target audience and support marketing activities,

·         Fluent English and Arabic

·         CRM and ERP experience is preferable

·         Highly persuasive, face-to-face, written communication and telephone communication techniques effectively,

·         To manage the sales administration process

JOB DESCRIPTION



·         Ensuring the management and administration of the sales team,

·         Inspection of project and sales reports, evaluation of customer feedback and determination of management features along with new projects in this direction

·         Prepare action plans according to the process of sales and sales by effectively ensuring the implementation period,

·         Managing the sales closure activities,

·         Ensuring that customers are informed about campaigns, projects or innovations, organizations through sales team members,

·         Managing the realization of sales and institutional sales activities.

·         New sales channels, target audience, preliminary work on issues such as product development,

·         Training of the team by evaluating issues such as customer opinions and complaints,
