QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Specialist for our luxury sales offices.

Qualification:

  • Preferably a university graduate,
  • Aiming for a career in sales,
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish,
  • Preferably knowledge of Russian,
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry,
  • Able to take personal initiative,
  • Success and goal oriented,
  • Willing to work in a team,
  • Having a desire to be successful in an entrepreneurial team,
  • Assuming the responsibilities required by representing the brand image,
  • Expressing oneself verbally and visually with an impressive diction and corporate identity,
  • Presentable,
  • Good planning, reporting and organizational skills,
  • Solution oriented,
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills,
  • Embracing his work, challenging, highly motivated and visionary,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner with a limited daily supervision,
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
  • Knowledge of CRM systems,
  • Not having a travel disability,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours.

Job Description:

  • Establishing and maintaining enhanced relationships with foreign and real estate clients to best understand customer needs and provide the best real estate solution,
  • Acting as an agent for clients from the beginning to the end of the transaction closing,
  • Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters,
  • Updating customer data entries to the CRM system,
  • Supporting strategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases,
  • Participating in the company's sales strategy,
  • Achieving the company's monthly and annual sales targets,
  • A target-oriented employee by following sales performance and efficiency.

Preferred Candidate

3 - 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate), Associate Degree(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
