The international real estate market has hundreds of competitors, and as we are part of this competition we aim to contribute in this market by offering maximum benefit for our customers and partners.

 

We are hiring Luxury Project Sales Specialists to be assigned to luxury projects.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Preferably a university graduate
  • Proficiency in English and Turkısh, Russian or Farsi plus,
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in real estate sector,
  • Ability to take strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial team
  • Excellent planning, reporting, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented setting while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and relevant CRM systems
  • Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally to work long hours,      

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Developed relationships with foreign clients and real estate customers to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution,
  • Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing,
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters,
  • Updates customer data entries to CRM system,
  • Provided strategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases,
  • Participated in the company's sales strategy,
  • Achieved company monthly and yearly sales targets.
