University graduate,

Fluent in English,

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing with special focus in  digital marketing and website management processes,

Experienced in managing social media channels and following trends,

Preferably with experience in real estate sectors,

Should have analytical thinking skills,

Ability to prepare advanced presentations,

Good communication skills, 

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

To develop marketing strategies to grow the business, and increase brand awareness,

To Manage strategic relationships with external partners,

To carry out communication activities in digital marketing channels,

Manage and optimize monthly/annual budgets for SEO, Adwords, Google Ads, Facebook and other digital channels in line with certain KPIs,

To determine digital marketing strategies to increase awareness in parallel with the brand,vision and strategy,

To follow and report the performance of digital marketing investments,

To provide information flow and coordination between agencies, customers, related departments,

To follow the innovations in digital platforms closely,

To ensure the management of Creative, Digital Marketing and performance agencies,

To meet the demands, make agreements and manage the relations with the relevant advertising, agencies regarding the purchase of advertising,

Real estate sector tracking and competitor analysis,

To develop new projects that serve sales, brand awareness and customer/partner loyalty,

Managing the processes of domestic events and organizations of brand

360-degree marketing of sub-brands

Cooperation with group companies and support to coordinate holding activities,
